How to save the Chat transcript
On the Chat window, you should be able to see a 'settings/gear' icon. Please see the below image.
Click on that 'settings/gear' icon (circled in red), you should be able to see the option to send the Chat transcript to your mail address.
Fill in your name and email address.
Chat Transcript will be sent to your email address once the chat is finished.
