You can submit the support ticket from the control panel interface.
Once you have logged in to the control panel, you will see the 'support ticket' icon at the right of your screen.
You can click on this icon and fill in the details and submit.
- Name - your name
- Email address - your servage account username
- Account - your servage account customer ID
- Message - Description of your issue
