Customers can now access the ticket history by registering themselves at the below page with the Servage account registered email address. Once registered, customers can go to "My tickets" section and view the 'open' and 'closed' cases.
You can also reply to the tickets/cases from this area or start a Live chat with our Chat Representative after opening the ticket.
