Via the 'Identities' function, you can control the name(s) and email address(es) stated as sender when you send out email messages
- log in the webmailer
- click on Settings (top left of the page)
- click on "Identities" in the menu on the left side
- choose the e-mail address for which you want to create/alter the identity in the 'Identities' list. If that list should be empty, then you haven't added an identity yet. Push the "+" button to add an e-mail address for which you want to add a identity:
- enter the Settings under "Edit identity". These settings will be used for e-mails you will send
- push the button 'Save' to apply the settings
