Servage provides a 45 days refund period which starts with the sign up date. If you want to cancel your account within that period, please follow the following steps:
- log in to your Servage account
- go to 'My Account':
- click on 'Subscriptions'
- push the button ' Close' for the subscription which you want to close:
- Your account is now closed
Important: As soon as that is done, please open a support ticket and let our support know that you want a refund. In the ticket, please mention your payment method and the transaction ID of your payment. If you paid via bank transfer, please enter the bank details to which we shall issue the refund to in the ticket.
