Error : SMTP Error: [550] 5.7.1 Mail seems to be spam and will not be delivered. Please contact support. ID: dd89806e-e1b5-11e8-aa92-005056917658

If you see such an error when attempting to send mails, your e-mail account is in the spam blacklist. In that case, please update the e-mail password to a secure one and contact support via your support ticket system.

This issue is caused by the reputation of the IP address that you are sending e-mails from. When multiple e-mails has been sent from an disreputable IP address (according to Cyren) the e-mail address is blocked for 24 hours, this to prevent hacked accounts from sending spam as that would, in the end, affect all our shared hosting customers.
