You are able to import the data from phpmyadmin to the databases upto 128 MB at a time. For more information on importing the data, please refer to this LINK
If you have a large sized database which needs to be imported, please use a SQL dump splitter and upload each part. You can split the database data into smaller segments of 125 MB and then import it using the phpmyadmin interface.
